To cancel your account, please contact support. We recommend sending an email to [email protected] as the best method for an account cancellation.
If you are on the monthly plan, your account will be deactivated and you will lose access to Web Access Pro. The deactivation will occur with your next billing date. So you will continue to have access to Web Access Pro for the remainder of the month that you have already paid and you will not be charged again.
